CORE is in private beta with an active pilot and a working proof-of-concept. The useful starting point is one real organisational question and the evidence needed to answer it responsibly.
A pilot is not a miniature enterprise rollout. It should isolate one context problem and make the evidence, access and evaluation boundaries observable.
Name the organisational decision, workflow or answer that current AI cannot handle reliably.
Choose enough real material to expose meaning, authority, change and contradiction, without starting with the whole estate.
Agree what a useful result would demonstrate, what it would not prove and how the evaluation will be judged.
Document where sources, CORE, the chosen model, logs and Loriq support access sit before work begins.
CORE is real and in private beta. A design-partner engagement is joint product learning, not a claim that a finished public platform or outcome already exists.
