These terms cover the public Loriq website: what you can do with it, what belongs to Loriq, and where our responsibility sits.
Site text, images and design belong to Loriq Pty Ltd. CORE, cgiCore and the Loriq marks are our marks.
Everything here is general information about our thinking and product direction, not advice for your situation.
We limit liability where the law allows and honour guarantees that can’t be excluded under Australian law.
These terms apply whenever you visit the Loriq website at loriq.com.au, read an article, download the whitepaper or submit the contact form. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you don’t agree with them, the simplest step is to stop using the site and contact us directly.
It applies to anyone visiting the public website, whether you’re researching CORE, reading about Context General Intelligence, or getting in touch about a design partnership.
You can expect a marketing website: pages describing Loriq, CORE and the thinking behind them, plus ways to contact us. It is not a product, a login or a service with its own uptime or support commitments. Those come with a separate agreement once a design-partner engagement is in place.
Site content, including text, images, diagrams and design, is copyright Loriq Pty Ltd (ABN 29 700 119 713) unless a page says otherwise. CORE, cgiCore and the Loriq name and marks belong to Loriq Pty Ltd. You’re welcome to read, link to and share pages from this site. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or adapt the content for your own use without asking first.
Use the site the way it’s meant to be used: to learn about Loriq, CORE and Context General Intelligence, and to get in touch. Please don’t try to interfere with how the site runs, scrape it at scale, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to send or host anything unlawful or harmful.
Everything on this site, including the whitepaper and any article, is general information about Loriq’s thinking and product direction. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice for your organisation, and it isn’t written with your specific circumstances in mind. We publish it as-is and don’t warrant that it is complete, current or free of error.
To the extent the law allows, Loriq excludes liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the extent the law permits.
Some pages link to resources outside loriq.com.au. Loriq doesn’t control those sites, and a link is not an endorsement of their content. Once you leave this site, the linked site’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
We may update these terms as the site and the product evolve. A change takes effect once it is posted here, and the effective date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.
